The Zambia Flying Doctor Service (ZFDS) successfully conducted a one-day medical outreach at Nkana East Chapel in Kitwe, providing free specialist and preventive healthcare services to hundreds of community members.

A total of 440 patients were attended to through services provided, including 159 dental, 105 Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), and 176 eye consultations. The outreach also offered urology consultations, blood pressure and blood sugar screening, nutrition counselling, and maternal and child health education.

The outreach reflects ZFDS’ continued commitment to bringing quality healthcare closer to communities through early diagnosis, health education, and improved access to essential medical services.
